One of these is not like the other (Back to You).

 

I usually love her sad EDM bops but Back to You actually sounds really upbeat and cheesy to me, kind of in the same vein as Can't Stop the Feeling! Its breakdown is also a dated mess

a festival tour for someone with so many hits and fame as selena would KILL IT. she could perform on sooo many countries and festivals! 

people would love it i'm suuuure there's demand.

but sadly let's set thing straight:

selena was never a strong performer/vocalist 

she got better during stars dance and on revival i feel she was on her peak at stage

her vocals + stage presence got way better, even without choreo its her peak, cuz she gave exactly the energy that the songs needed + better vocals than before and she has several good performances from that time! 

now with the way lupus affected her health i don't think she phisically could do it.

so... it's a dream and it would kill it. but only if lupus never affected her the way that it did. 

she was never a strong vocalist and lupus managed to make even this worse. her situation is hard

 

 

the best thing she did after lupus ****** her up was acting + rare beauty + the way she handles music now. 

it's not my preference, i love popstar selena, but it's clear that it was the best decision 

especially with the way the she was able to build an empire + kept her fame in the same high position -- even with music as a side b. 

i love i said i love you first and hopefully we get another album somewhere this next 2 years but despite some singles choices her career choices have been honestly the best possible for someone that was so affected by lupus as she was.
