apperently is a reworked version of "La Isla Bonita" produced by Puerto Rican producer Tainy. This would fit Karol G'a current era "Tropicoqueta"'s aesthetics. It probably samples the song with Madonna's new vocals added for a verse. 
 

That would be very smart of Karol G's team. That Madonna song is very popular in Latin America. It's Madonna's only song to have over a billion views on YouTube
