That has been debunked, its not AI generated those are actual people, the video processing was probably put through an AI program and it turned it into that, you can literally see the people in the crowds

He was in Scarborough N Yorkshire In the U.K. doing a show the other day.

 

Scarborough is a sort of out of the way small seaside place that decades ago would've attracted holidaymakers from England's northern cities for a week by the sea, and though there's some of that still, it's more genteel day at the coast sort of a venue now, nice enough, but concert going northern city dwellers are more likely to be somewhere in the Mediterranean for a week these days, partying on hard.

 

So, given that context, Will Smith's appearance is, I think it's fair to say, somewhat out of kilter.

 

You don't really associate the Fresh Prince of Bel Air,  getting jiggy with it, in a place full of, cups of tea, fish and chips (with vinegar), and pints of best bitter. Miami it emphatically is not.
