This isn't merely an instance of Cardi's word vs the guard's. This is about a witness directly involved in the event who affirmed Cardi's version of events that not only was it not a physical fight but no racial slurs were said. You can't just disregard what the witness said just because it doesn't fit your schema of how you want Cardi to be in this case

Considering the album era concept is "drama"  or being came for for unjust reasons, it feels bizarrely on theme. It's a plus that the person grilling her seems objectively like a huge idiot

It's great promo because of not only how laughably bad the other lawyer is but also how charismatic Cardi is on the trial

 

She doesn't strike me as the type of person who likes the settle if she didn't do anything wrong. And in this case it's working out for her

Did you even watch the trial? The doctor Cardi was going to see who also got involved in the fight also reaffirmed Cardi's versions of events that she wasn't assaulted, didn't say any racial slurs and that the security guard didn't have any scratches or ailments to her face. He also said the security guard should've been fired for how she acted

I had absolutely no idea about this trial happening or cardi even being sued, but man what a backfire for the person suing her. Ive seen more support for cardi b on social media than I have on YEARS because of this disaster of a trial  I feel like it's genuinely making people like her
