probably just below, maybe 29? used to be 26 but i've been trying to bulk up a little. i wouldn't mind going over 30 if it was just muscle tbh 

28″, but I am in denial as I went out in a pair of 26″ skinny jeans last night and it was a struggle

 

The lowest I've been was 34  I'm a big guy even when I was skinny

Male pants sizes don't even go below 28" here, I'm convinced these sizes aren't the same across different countries 

 

For example, I wear size 28 and anything below that would require my hip bones to shrink, at the same time size S underwear is a little loose around my waist and most brands, like Calvin Klein, don't make it any tighter than that.
