It could/likely will, but Million Reasons is also a bigger hit than any song on CC and will prob continue getting high streams from Gaga's back catalogue, so idk.

CC's been out for a yr. Joanne for 10yrs. Joanne only does 360k daily so the gap is closing fast.

According to chartmasters (where these numbers come from) Joanne is doing 420 units daily and CC is doing 2k+ daily.

 

It's expected to pass Joanne within a year and this is with Gaga currently on tour and the CC Tour boost faded significantly. 

 

It'll easily be over 5m by the time its a decade old like Joanne.

Million Reasons was big but the entire album only does 360k daily despite the tour effect. That's lower than all Beyoncé albums. 

 

Gaga has good catalogue streams but not for Chromatica and Joanne.
