Is this supposed to be a drag ? Thousands of people have bought tickets (not to mention how outrageously expensive they are !) to her concerts based on her name and reputation as a top-tier performer and vocalist alone. It's a great thing because once she becomes a legacy act and stops collecting hit singles and albums, she knows that people will still go see her on tour.

Break my soul and Texas hold em were absolutely forgettable hits.  The former being generic and the latter being a tiktok hit that is literally cringe if heard out loud in 2025.

The tour remains record-breaking, regardless of the genre that the Guinness World Records and Billboard confirmed it to be.

Let's be for real, she may not be center-CENTER but it's almost impossible to go some days without seeing/hearing about her in some way or another if you're into all things pop culture. And that's because she supposedly don't make noise with her music anymore so i wonder WHY she's still on people minds, kinda impressive huh? She's not forcing anything either, she just drop things and go into hiding. No music videos in 5 years. A big witch-hunt almost a year ago and she left unscathed. She crazy.

Beyoncé has been a hot topic since before this site even existed and probably will be long after it.

The versatility of her career from girl group to solo and combining commercial success with critical acclaim

 

You can really see the evolution through her discography and she doesn't use gimmicks for quick sales or cheap sales tactics and truly cares about the art

 

Too bad the Spotify overall daily streams don't reflect that. Even Nicki Minaj is in the news for some reason or the other. Does that mean she is the centre of pop culture? No.

Her fan base is very big, so it makes sense. 

She's one of the very few (I'd almost say the only tbh) female popstar from the 2000s that has been masterful and keeping people entertained, intrigued and reinventing herself to always current with the times and trends. A lot of pop stars, understandably, step away at some point from the spotlight, u can't be #1 forever and then they focus on having kids, etc. even when Beyonce did this she still kept her pulse on what's happening in the world of pop culture, to still be relevant after sooooo many years and decades is not easy and that alone speaks to her talent imho.

Because people have been praying for her downfall for decades and it pisses them off that it's not going to happen.
