How important is it for your fave to have made space for Jesus in their lives?

Featured Replies

Personally, one of the reasons I love Mariah Carey is because she's a God fearing woman who has made space for Jesus in her life

Another good example is Nicki Minaj, who has been open about being a believer in Jesus

How important is this for you?

EDIT: I was hacked when I made this. I don't stand by this thread.

Imagine living in 2025 and STILL thinking religion of any sort is real.

Based on what I heard about your art, you might actually want some more religion in your life sis

It's actually a downside and I ignore it when they do. I always cringe when celebs thank God or Jesus when they accept an award :coffee2:

Not important at all, babe. She can have and preache all the faith she want, but if she starts to act like a deeply Jesus freak, justifying possible wrong acts and thought because bible say this, bible say that, and how she lives and respects what bible says when someone asks about some issues, she simply won't be my fave anymore and I will be a big hater.

I'd rather they keep it in the bedroom. I'm support the lifestyle but they should keep it to themselves :biblio: it's just not natural

When your faves start talking about God you know it's over. Raye started talking about God and suddenly the dance/pop bops disappeared and she started dressing like a 40 year old woman and singing jazz songs

I have time for Christianity and I also have time for paganism. I think it's possible to be left wing and also Christian in a down-low way which doesn't shout it from the rooftops. I think most of the artists I like are too.

i'm actually turned off by any sort of religious propaganda, especially if it starts appearing in the music

I consider anything pop girl to have a certain degree of inauthenticity. I mean it's a bunch of of glamazon selling fierce moves, perfumes and sassy lyrics lol.

Jesus, sure.  We love a pansexual icon.

Religion.  Not really.  Religious people tend to morally be closer to Nazis than I care to vibe with.  Particularly Americans.
