Ethel was caught repeatedly editing her own Wikipedia page to remove all mentions of Lana in 2022 (went on for about a year), she made strange tweets about "pushing [Lana] over" in response to someone saying "Lana walked so Ethel could run", and when Lana was revealed to have been dating Jack Donoghue, Ethel inserted herself into the situation by posting an old picture of herself with Jack (then quickly deleting it - even though she supposedly dislikes being compared to "that lady"...)

they're fighting over who has the worst boyfriend/husband. when Nicki enters that arena it's over for both of them 

i love them both, but ethel comes across as having a slight obsessive hatred with Lana which is odd to me because as much as she can deny it, her music very clearly has tints of Lana's influence all over it (and yes I'm aware of her other inspirations like Nicole too).

in two of those instances the singer in question been making hateful comments @ Lana so she rightfully claps back. both Lorde and Eifel Cane coming up in the industry being like "i'm not like lana del rey!!!" and being judgemental and hateful towards her. 

 

 

but at least this one is real instead of the Lana fans trying to convince us that ****** My Way Up To The Top was written about a breakout 16 year old from suburban New Zealand.

And in the other that literally knew eachother, and everyone who knew that person at that time in person were not rooting for her, like that Facebook group. She's cool here and Ethel has been referencing Lana and then complaining as soon as someone else does for the best part of half a decade. C'MON Lizzy G, Pull the **** Up.
