My favourite Super Bowl Halftime is Shakira x J.Lo - I think the combination of both of them at their very best created a relentlessly energetic show with the best pop music has to offer. The crossover worked so well in my opinion - but they also both had the discography and talent to do their own show. So maybe they can both do it again next year so that they can both have two 0.5 Super Bowls (essentially one full Super Bowl each!)

Shakira is now selling out arenas and stadiums on her acclaimed Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour (so far in both Latin America and North America and believed to be heading for Europe in 2026), and despite a slightly rough 2024 - J.Lo is selling out arenas and stadiums on her Up All Night Tour in Europe and heading to Las Vegas at the end of this year.

 

I think both artists have crossover in terms of their style but also enough to make each distinctive from each other. J.Lo is known for her highly choreographed performance style whereas Shakira tends to do freestyle more often and also plays instruments on stage sometimes.

 

Do you agree that this crossover returning would be good for 2026? And what would the set list be?

No, but Bruno performed twice in 3 years (headlined SB XLVIII and was part of Coldplay's set two years later in SB 50).

This is what JLO said in her Netflix docufilm but a certain fanbase twisted her words and painted her as a hater for having to share the stage with Shaki.

Yes and she could've said she loves shakira and enjoyed every second with her behind and in the stage and the entire internet would have found something to mock her for still.

 

Imagine if the rumors about the joint tour would've become real. Both fanbases at one concert? There would have been fatalities

One i would love to repeat is the bey one. The show hype was ruined by the backlash about her faces and she missed some cues and it was too rock for my taste
i wanted something more r&b from her. I would love another from bey  and invite janet jackson to give her a redemption
