ScorpiosGroove Posted Friday at 06:44 PM Posted Friday at 06:44 PM a lot of miserable/stupid people in here as usual 2 4
KingBeyonce. Posted Friday at 06:46 PM Posted Friday at 06:46 PM Just now, BnPac said: She slayed, that's what was off. lmao sis, I'm so confused by the response to the performance by some of the people who hate her cause no one can really say why they think it was bad they just keep saying vague things or they say that they think the music is bad which has nothing to do with the performance honestly
americanlife Posted Friday at 06:50 PM Posted Friday at 06:50 PM Cowboy Carter was a dud and her music doesn't speak to the soul of football watchers.
JustHoran Posted Friday at 06:51 PM Posted Friday at 06:51 PM GP doesn't seem to care and is over her, but where is the Hive?
Jay07 Posted Friday at 07:03 PM Posted Friday at 07:03 PM 2 hours ago, The Music Industry said: Beyoncé released a country album in the hope of finally winning AOTY. The GP simply doesn't care, and evidently neither do her fans. Beyonce's choices don't revolve around pointless awards and chart stats because she has a rich and fulfilling artistic life and doesn't rely on these things to have a sense of self worth, unlike others. Also, why would making a country album give her the AOTY, especially since she knew how hostile the country music industry can be to people like her? At least make your delusions make sense. 3 1 3
Donquizote Posted Friday at 08:21 PM Posted Friday at 08:21 PM Total rejection from GP methinks. It's funny that this album has 27 tracks and none of them manages to stick after huge promotion at SB
CRUNK. Posted Friday at 08:29 PM Posted Friday at 08:29 PM Imagine how much money was spent for this event.... 3 M streams for the album
Polgg48 Posted Friday at 08:39 PM Posted Friday at 08:39 PM her audience buy on itunes physical sales than cheap streaming platforms, otherwise they shift them back this time since no classic tracks performed. like, no one care about these country things unless it wins aoty and we still few months away.

Is her audience that small? This album has nothing going for it when it comes to iTunes or physical sales.
burninredhot Posted Friday at 09:17 PM Posted Friday at 09:17 PM People don't want her to do cuntry music apparently and I agree with them for the most part
Bethenny Frankel Posted Friday at 10:07 PM Posted Friday at 10:07 PM wait seriously? I know the GP said no to the album but not even one single song??? I personally like quite a few songs on it so that's sad.
skizzo Posted Friday at 10:40 PM Posted Friday at 10:40 PM I dont go back to it as much as I do with Renny
Namie-Knowles Posted Friday at 10:45 PM Posted Friday at 10:45 PM Wait has any artist streams doubled after a halftime performance before?
John Slayne Posted Friday at 10:48 PM Posted Friday at 10:48 PM the GP wanted to hear her perform Bodyguard
StayFrosty Posted Friday at 10:51 PM Posted Friday at 10:51 PM I'm amazed she didn't perform any of her hits, it was all songs from the last album King cowboy or w/e. Still a 10/10 performance tho.
Just a Gay on ATRL Posted Friday at 10:52 PM Posted Friday at 10:52 PM The album was frontloaded but similar to TTPD, I think only her more devoted fans largely consumed this album outside of THE and the rest of the GP doesn't care or straight up rejected. The show was a success mostly because people know how good she is and her legacy/name power, not because of the album.
305 Posted Friday at 10:53 PM Posted Friday at 10:53 PM Easy, nobody watched. Hive using numbers that were already there as football on Christmas has always been popular. They are trying so hard to make people believe others care about Beyoncé meanwhile Charts: N/A
l3disko Posted Friday at 10:53 PM Posted Friday at 10:53 PM Wait, I thought beehive told us Spotify wasn't important because Apple Music is where Beyonce shined? I guess no one is checking in for Beyonce on any streaming platform. 2

I guess no one is checking in for Beyonce on any streaming platform. Bey does get a larger proportion of her streams through Apple Music rather than Spotify compared to most MPGs, but that doesn't mean people are clamoring to revisit specific tracks from a record where only the first single took off. I do think the album itself got a solid bump on Apple Music though. The hope is that this performance will keep people interested in whatever's next (a tour, Act III, etc.), and maybe keep the album top of mind as the Grammys voting window closes. There's no real point in praying for a second wind to hit the album. And while it was nice for Bey to show that she can pull off country, it's obviously not what the GP is wanting from her once the novelty has worn off. 1
BrokenMachine Posted Friday at 11:03 PM Posted Friday at 11:03 PM I don't know, I've been told for months she can chart solo, so it's surprising to see her not charting at all right after a big promo performance 2
shoganai Posted Friday at 11:04 PM Posted Friday at 11:04 PM Her last good album was 4. Say and convince yourself of whatever you want 1 1

bjorn Posted Friday at 11:08 PM Posted Friday at 11:08 PM Beyonce needs to go back to POP if she wants streaming success, the likes of Sasha Fierce. Yes I said it.
