I was walking my dog, and, okay, it was about 4 minutes later that I opened ATRL to another 23 notifications, and all the top ones were yours. Reviewing, I see @TipToe has joined in on the fun and added many of those too. My bad.

I, a gay who spends their time hiking and camping and avoiding poison oak all over California, have no power "to take down Beyonce" - I have fun on ATRL just like the rest of you do.

Again, perhaps, there is a reason I side with a victim who says they were raped by someone in power that isn't because I'm "jealous of Beyonce" - lmao, please.

Maybe you should take that as a sign that multiple people aren't interested in your trolling attempts and, I don't know... stop doing them?

Let's be clear, you don't have any power to take down Beyoncé and you never will. But that hasn't stopped you from wanting that to happen for many years on this forum. The alleged victim has proven that her story is completely untrustworthy and is yet another example of why we shouldn't be immediately calling people guilty before we actually hear the full story.

God forbid if a victim doesn't remember every detail of what happened 24 years ago as a 13 years old child, must be a liar...

Do you all realize how y'all sound :biblio:

And by "every detail", you mean; the witnesses she alleges that she spoke to, the person who apparently picked her up from the event and the location of the after-party where it allegedly happened.

Those aren't minor details, those are the main details of the entire allegation. And as it turns out, none of them are true! Hell, the lawyer hadn't even vetted her allegation before going public with it. Do you not realise how you sound? If the allegation didn't sound suspicious before, now it sounds borderline unbelievable.

Did the court rule out? I must have missed

GoD fOrBiD :isudumblmao:

We're talking about making up a meeting and a conversation with someone who was verifiably on tour in another city. We're talking about a father having no recollection of a minimum 10-hour drive, likely longer. There's no coming back from that :rip:

You are a gay who is being messy and doesnt care that his contribution to being messy might cause serious harm to the Carters. You dedicate a part of your life to CONSTANTLY enter threads of Beyonce who you deeply despise.

Tip: Use your time while hiking in nature and REFLECT on your problematic behavior. You are part of one of the biggest diseases of the 21st century - keyboard warriors who simply dont care whether their actions online harm people.

This woman shouldn't have to remember every detail to be believed. And of course, sometimes you do get things wrong about the details of certain events and that doesn't mean other aspects of your memory are wrong too.

BUT to reference something as specific as a conversation about with Benji Madden about his tattoo specifically when he wasn't even there isn't just misremembering, it's presenting a different reality. It's not a detail like what someone wore, it's an entire conversation and situation with specificity. The tattoo does exist, was she speaking to a different person with the same exact tattoo and she just thought it was Benji? Was it a person with a different tattoo and she just remembers it as Benji? (She has said "I have made some mistakes. I may have made a mistake in identifying." which itself brings up another reason for doubt).

I understand the desire to reject "benefit of the doubt" when it comes to alleged victims due many factors, but if that person goes on national television before any evidence was even presented to say things that create doubt due to the fact-checking of the network conducting the interview including the negation of part of her claim by her own father AND if her own lawyer admits he hadn't even finished vetting his client's claims, after already having tried to get Jay-Z in a [settlement?] meeting and then adding his name to an existing lawsuit because of that, it's hard to not start having any doubt.

So, I saw on LSA that he didn't have that tatoo on back in 2000.  So there's that.

It's so obvious the victim is being taken advantagen of by this crook lawyer. He is a raging racist MAGA using this to take down Jay cause he probably wants to humble him for being too rich and powerful for a black man.

This thread has turned into "Eras VS Renaissance world tour: more impact?" but make it dark :rip:

If this story has been fabricated from scratch, I'm buffled at how they didn't think it out all the way through. The inconsistencies are major and can not be attributed to her being a young child 24 years ago. Surely they'd make sure to not leave such huge plot holes in, just waiting to be discovered, which is why I'm not quick to dismiss the whole thing either. Sth fishy is going on from the alleged victim's side but I don't think she hasn't gone through sth deeply traumatic either.

This thread :skull:

Personally finding the reaction to the details of her story interesting.

Anyway.

Some of the comments in this thread are bizarre, and the worst part is seeing a few members creating some sort of "parallel reality" hoping that these accusations are true just to use it as an argument on stan tt against fan bases.

MJ bought his freedom, Jay-Z will too. Obama's pal obviously won't fall down no matter how connected he is to criminals like R kelly and P Diddy.

Dead at this OBH and the rest of OBHs all of the sudden want to stand up for a rape victim even though her stories have proven to have not a singular hole, but HOLESSSSSSSS! I have to laugh and I think the MODS should ban all of them for using such serious matter to fuel their hate agenda on an artist they have been hating for DECADES. Like PLAY THE VICTOM, TAYLORS STAN!

What's crazy to me is how this thread in 6 days has 3x more pages than the Diddy thread has after 10 weeks.

Users like @on the line@YellowRibbon, @WildHeart and @By the Water in here acting like they're passionate about getting 'justice' for Jay's accuser, but funnily enough I didn't see them giving that same energy for Diddy's accusers? Why could that be?

:lmao: and then they expect us to believe they don't care about stan wars and this isn't really about their hatred for Beyoncé. Get to **** with that bs.

Plenty of people are defending an accused rapist, and rather quickly, because of 1) who their spouse is and 2) because they are using uber-wealth and aggressive Trump-like defense moves.

We have people calling a 13 year child who claims to be sexually assaulted a liar because she called it a mansion rather than a townhouse? Perhaps to a young child, a townhouse really was perceived as a mansion? A 13 year old child who was traumatized maybe forgetting details 24 years ago?! LIAR!!!

Let's take the side of the man with a known, documented history of abuse and disrespect to woman.

ETA - WHY IS A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD CHILD EVEN FAMILIAR WITH DIDDY AND JAY-Z?!

If you did not hate beyonce with every fibre of your being, you would not say this. This is all a stan war to you.

We do not believe her because how do you say your father drove 5 hours to pick you up and another 5 hours to take you back and that same father COMPLETELY DENIES IT.

That is a major red flag. She spoke confidently about speaking to 2 people who were not even at the VMAS.

You can't make a vile accusations with so many inconsistencies and ruin someone's life.

I really want you to stop being a dement** stan for 4 seconds and use your brain or whatever is left of it.

Lmfao maybe because they were two of the biggest celebrities in the world in 2000?  You're willing to sound completely foolish in the interest of pushing the narrative you want.
