Him trying to force the victim to reveal her identity is so wrong and plain EVIL

That just makes me think he is most probably guilty here :dancehall:

Why is that evil? He should know who his accuser is.. If someone was dragging your name wouldn't you want to know who it is?

He wants to reveal her name publically so she gets harassed by his deranged fans (like what the barbz did with Nicki's husband's victim) how is that not evil?

Jay Z and his team coming out to demand his accuser be named is wild and such a bad look. :deadbanana:

Agreed on all counts. :coffee2:

After Tina showed her behind liking that post, at this point, Bey needs to divorce, and if she doesn't, I can't give her the benefit of the doubt that it's out of fear but that she doubts the accuser.

He will find out, in court. There are ways to know who your accuser is that do not put them in harm's way, which is obviously what they're trying to do.

again, Have yall even read the filing? The man literally tried to extort Jay & when he couldn't he got the woman to REFILE adding Jay into her lawsuit against Diddy. That's literally blackmail AND extortion. & Tony Buzzbee has a HISTORY of doing this especially in Houston. Not only that, but he himself has been accused of abusing young yt women.

Of course yall didn't yall do t care about facts all yall care about is a takedown to The Carters

"""Takedown of the Carters"""? I already said I'm a fan of Beyoncé, and I'm not holding her responsible for what her husband possibly did. I just think that his statement features glaring examples of victim blaming rhetoric, and Barbz and Beyhive alike have this irrational need to defend their faves' spouses when they don't have to :chick1:

You didn't answer the question. He has every right to know who is accuser is by law

The way he's scrambling in this response is so telling.

I sincerely hope he and everyone else involved gets what's coming to them if this is in any way true. Disgusting as hell.

Victim blaming? So did she and Tony magically forget Jay Z was involved when they filed against Diddy originally  or did the "victim" remembered out of the blue once Tony Fraud realize he couldn't blackmail him out of money?  Make it make sense stink :lmao:

As the other user mentioned, he will anyway find out during the trial. And if he is right about Tony making her up and no such girl exists, then the case won't proceed. So there's no need to reveal the victim's identity

What's the tea on Tina?? You can't just drop a bomb like "she liked a certain tweet" and provide no receipts. :deadbanana4:

Thank you.

This is solely a shakedown tactic.

Again, this is a REFILE to add Jay Z's name once the blackmail failed…

The part of the statement I took issue with was this:

Quote

These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.

There's so many reasons why an accuser would not go the route of filing a criminal complaint. Less than 5% of criminal rape cases end in conviction. To imply that civil cases and monetary compensation don't constitute as "real justice" when often that is the only way that someone could get closure on what happened to them is obviously very disgusting. I'm not saying that Jay-Z is guilty because there's no way to know at this point, I think he should be more responsible with his words.

This really isn’t the case.

Look at the Dr Larry Nassar trial and how Athlete A was treated versus what you want to happen to this accuser

Just so I understand, why is Ms. Tina "showing her behind" by liking the post? Isn't that giving more credence to the fact that it might actually be true and she's against him?

Where are we now getting that Solange had any idea? I'm confused.

It is sad, yet predictable that ATRLers would use this sensitive matter as stan wars fuel.
