her voice is too good for this generation's popstar - i think her best bet would be to just go full celine despite nobody caring about that kind of music right now or give us some C&C Music Factory dance//vocal slayage type music.

She has millions of streams and followers, not a bad position to be in at all. She could probably sign with a big indie label in Canada too if she wanted to. I heard Warner invested a lot in her but not everyone breaks out to become a global pop star, it's really really tough and unlikely and depends on a ton of factors. I assume they didn't want to release her album if she didn't hit certain marks, which must've been really hard. I can't imagine as an artist being told you can't release your album unless you get X amount of streams. I'd rather be a flop but actually get the music out there even if it only means something to 25 people, better than the music never being put out.
