Spotify: Kendrick reaches #1 on Weekly Artists chart, only 2nd artist in '24 to do so

Kendrick Lamar has officially reached #1 on Spotify's official Weekly Top Artists - Global chart for the week of Nov. 28:

 

 

This not only makes a new personal peak for Kendrick, but he also becomes only the 2nd artist in 2024 to reach the #1 spot after Taylor Swift.

 

Overall he is the 8th artist to peak at #1 on this weekly chart since its launch 3 years ago.

Among rappers, he ties Drake for most weeks at #1 (both with 1 each) and could surpass himself this week to become the rapper with the most weeks at #1 on this chart…
