With that said, she's never afraid of a factory reset. I'm sure whatever comes next will be quite distinct. Personally, I'd love her Confessions moment. She's proven herself capable of amazing dance music with This Is What You Came For. A true dance record with sharp lyrics would be such a serve.

Lowkey I'd love something in the vein of What's Your Pleasure? by Jessie Ware from Taylor. I know, I know, the disco genre has been done to death but I feel like Taylor can do something unique with it I feel like.

it better be a big catchy pop record. 1989/Lover/Reputation please

it only feels right

She would probably tour for TS12 on its own, so surely has to be stadium ready pop.

because she'll be even more overexposed and people will eventually get tired. the strategy should be to make herself exciting for people to listen to, which means not releasing that much and that soon. I don't think she has time to make something new and exciting in such a short time

People have been saying this for at least the last 10 years, and here we are, she's still the biggest artist on the planet. She will be fine.

I think a dance album from her would be a smash (and I'd welcome it with open arms) but I'm not too sure if that's the best move with the current climate. 2024 was VERY pop friendly which means there's gonna be a pushback against that the year after (just look at 2020 being the year of nu-disco and 2021 being the year of angsty pop rock/pop punk).

I don't think that TS12 will necessarily be a 'happy' album in terms of sound just because she's with Travis.

Nope… that logic doesn't work on her. The Anthology vinyls were released today and every store location sold out of them within the first hour. She's a hot commodity right now. People want more, not less from her. Her birthday also coincides with the Christmas holidays and so there's a big expectation for her to do/release something every year. She's the equivalent of "All I Want For Christmas Is You", literally.

the more she releases, the more it'll hurt her

Ah yes, there's nothing worse than giving your fans more content.

Taylor has a massive fanbase one of the biggest in the world. She doesnt need radio or promo, her name sells on its own. She'll still be popular in her forties.

I hope she does something completely different. A different sound. Pop- but with a twist of something
