DoubleRainbow! Posted Thursday at 04:23 PM Posted Thursday at 04:23 PM ATRL swore a new tour from Katy would do worse than Witness: The Tour, but in 2024 she's selling out shows in minutes in countries like Australia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and even the UK. Did ATRL see this coming? 6
Popular Post AmericanIdol Posted Thursday at 04:27 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 04:27 PM Queen of pop! The girlies will be super mad about this thread, I can already tell they will be stomping their keyboards with anger. 15

PopKills Posted Thursday at 04:30 PM Posted Thursday at 04:30 PM She has one of the most beloved discographies of all time so this is no surprise 6 1
Pheromosa Posted Thursday at 04:30 PM Posted Thursday at 04:30 PM I will attempt to not be a hater, let me compose myself. good for kathy
Popular Post halcyonday Posted Thursday at 04:31 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 04:31 PM No but imagine how hard we would've been slaying it if she came back with a proper rollout/album instead of... 143. 2 7 6

OrgVisual Posted Thursday at 04:36 PM Posted Thursday at 04:36 PM 10 years from now, the world will still be playing pop bible Teenage Dream (+ IKAG/HnC/Roar/DH) so her legacy still always lives on no matter what the haters say 5
SmittenCake Posted Thursday at 04:37 PM Posted Thursday at 04:37 PM We're all going to the Lifetimes tour. California Dreams tour was lit as ****. And the stage design for this tour is sick as hell. I also heard there's no predatory 3rd party scalpers making a quick move to increase prices. We need the USA dates next. 1

Cyber Posted Thursday at 04:45 PM Posted Thursday at 04:45 PM Nobody surprised!! She is still the big name superstar 3
Tistotal Posted Thursday at 04:46 PM Posted Thursday at 04:46 PM I'm actually surprised, I think it's doing better than Witness Tour. I'm sure she's going to flop in US, Spain, Portugal and France though 2
Feanor Posted Thursday at 04:46 PM Posted Thursday at 04:46 PM With how ATRL swore up and down that she's over and a joke, I am actually. We need European dates tho Katheryn. 2
Erreur2 La Nature Posted Thursday at 04:48 PM Posted Thursday at 04:48 PM It should not be surprising to anyone, Katy is a huge celebrity known by most people. You can flop and sell out your tour tickets without any issues. The music market and touring are two completely different things and we've seen manyyyyy artists doing good on their tour despite bombing with their new releases. It's getting easier and easier to tour for artists and numbers are also much bigger these days. 4
Giorgoc Posted Thursday at 04:51 PM Posted Thursday at 04:51 PM Good for her! She's a good enough performer with an amazing catalog of classics, so I'm glad to see her latest atrocious album (bar Lifetimes and IH,HM) isn't affecting her selling power. Here's hoping she comes to Greece as well, I will for sure attend!
Domination Posted Thursday at 05:01 PM Posted Thursday at 05:01 PM The touring market is so saturated at this point, consumers will pay anything. This good for Katy, no doubt, but post covid we are seeing unprecedented levels of concert attendance and prices…
Walk_Away21 Posted Thursday at 05:07 PM Posted Thursday at 05:07 PM People will go just to hear Last Friday Night live and I can't blame them! 3
Sannie Posted Thursday at 05:07 PM Posted Thursday at 05:07 PM The fact that you guys believe this and fall for any PR nonsense is so funny. Just like her hundreds of thousands of social media likes are "real"... It's all about trying to create an FOMO experience. 3 3 3 17
