Y'all keep clowning Charli but Brat is the 26th biggest album of the year in the US by units consumed. She has the highest album by a female after Taylor, Billie, Sabrina, Beyonce, Chappell, Olivia, and Ariana; all of whom have or could whenever they wanted to host SNL. It's not crazy at all that she was asked. Dua recently hosted and her album is nowhere to be found on the charts AND didn't have cultural impact. Charli's IS on the charts (and doing well; just because it's not the biggest album in the world doesn't mean it's a flop) and has had huge cultural impact
