yes. i suspect she'll take a long break from music, which will build hype for a "comeback" era. and if the music is quality (it usually is with charli), she will do well!

Hard to say, I feel like the smart thing would be to continue to pump out the same sound and aesthetic. However Charli always shifts so idk if the new ones would stick around or move on to the next trendy gal.

No. This was a fluke. The party-girl image is verging on ridiculous at her age and will be completely unsalvageable by the time she releases her next time. 

I think it'll have her strongest first week so far, but whether it has sustained success like Brat is sort of up in the air.

 

I don't care much, though - hopefully this era has been big enough that she doesn't need to worry much about success in the future. I'm much more interested in seeing how she continues to evolve her sound.

No. She can only keep this "i'm a cool depressed girl on coke" persona going for so long before it gets redundant and tbh it already has. 

I get the impression she's not going to release for some time, and with her, no 2 albums really sound the same so idk what her new fans will want/expect. 

 

Probably a moderate success, even BRAT itself isn't as big in streams & sales as it feels.

Wrong. There is an appeal with ageing women who are rebellious and dgaf, see: people like Julia Fox and others who she had in her music videos this era.

There is an appeal in a rebellious older woman, but there is no appeal in a cheugy 34-year-old c**e head who thinks they're 21.

OT: She probably will not see the success of Brat again but she was able to built an even bigger fanbase with this era so she will for sure do some cute numbers in the coming years

 

And we already know she will serve quality which matters the most anyway

This was definitely a moment in time. She may get some attention piggybacking off of this era (depending how long of a break she takes) for the first single, but if it doesn't delivery quality wise or have another Brat-esque persona, I see her going back to the Khia asylum
