Britney has not done any interviews for this book, she did not shoot any new pictures for it, and she did not do the audiobook either, but I'm suppose to believe she's tweeting about a book she never promoted. 

 

It's not a secret most celeb do not run their social media

I am quite confident that River Red refers to Rio Tinto (one of the largest mining companies - famous for mining lithium).
