Ofc they will. Lady Gaga is a once in a lifetime legend that make crazy amount of money for her label , album and tour seller. 

Who would they spend money instead of Gaga? 

Interscope literally worship Gaga, she might be the only artist they will support no matter what and wont bother her about deadlines.

People like it or not Disease will get supported until 2nd single released. 

As is said Gaga's label worships her adore her and would do anything to keep her. 

She's just that kind of big name in the industry. And Disease payola is nothing for them  Intescope keep renting those private jets that writes her song titles in the sky
