She said that the sound of the album is very Trip the Light Fantastic.

Confirmed collaborators of the album are Richard X, Cathy Dennis, Sigrid, Hannah Robinson, Nile Rogers and Biffco.

this and the snippet in commercial make me SO excited!! :duca: (imagine if kylie worked with those producers woo)

She needs her own Spotlight/WYP? moment to reclaim the hype and passion among fans and internet, but I don't see it happening. She killed all the momentum she had with decade long collaboration with Ed.

Well with "Murder On The Dancefloor" having its moment I can see things going better for her. And if she releases something in the same vein then she will obviously have way more attention than her last efforts which is a good sign from a non-US artists at her age.

Also kind of love that she kind of fall in love again with making music, you can tell if Murder didn't had a resurgence a single this year would have been impossible. Things seems very optimistic for me at least

I don't know, it seems to me like she completely forgot how to make a proper pop song.

All of her forced attempts at disco over the last few years sounded more like cheap karaoke covers

The advert is taking me back to 2008, seeing Sophie on TV and hearing Sophia Lauren :jonny5:

I was obsessed with Sophia Lauren back in the day, such a shame that it wasn't included on the tracklist of Make a Scene.

During this week's episode of Spinning Plates, Sophie mentioned that the single is mastered and is coming to radios on October 18th. She's also shooting the video next week.

Is it good?

Or is it cheap sounding like her last 3 albums?

sounds like a song from Kylie's Disco but full & warm, and most importantly FREE of Sky Adams' tinny fingers :jonny:
