Her doubling down for a second time and making it clear that she's not interested in people's opinions on it is making me really like her bsjdfj go off!

She is a bit too new to the scene and could potentially lose traction.

I feel she has wrapped the issue

I tried to ignore her first rant cause her circumstances are somewhat understandable but girl is dragging this at this point and it's giving annoying and off putting.

And what does her being a woman have to do with any of this? Male celebrities are not immune to extreme fan behaviour, such as asking for a picture on the street?

Another one? Girl the people that needed to get the message got the message and the rest of us are sick of hearing about it, it feels all I've heard for the past two months is how Chappell Roan is struggling with fame. Maybe take a little break from the grind to process things or something.

Pursuing music as a profession does not  mean one chooses fame. What Chappell said was not an opinion. It is a fact. People do not know how to respect people's boundaries and that should not be overstepped just because someone is famous for their work.

There wasn't anything wrong with the part you bolded in my previous statement.

Pursuing music as a profession does not mean one choose fame.

Playing at Lollapalooza and Coachella, booking the VMAs, appearing on magazine covers, having high-profile accounts on social media and showing up as a special guest on Oliva Rodrigo means you choose fame.

That's not a matter of opinion, it is a fact.

Chappell chose fame. She isn't famous "for her work". There are hundreds of thousands of people who work in music who ARE NOT famous. She is famous because she CHOSE to be, WORKED HARD for IT, SUCCEEDED and now wants to reap the benefits of it without having to deal with the downsides.

The examples you gave are literally all things she is paid for. So she is famous for her work? :deadbanana4:

Did this make sense in your head?

Yes, obviously, she is famous for her work. But she chose being famous as her work. it isn't a case of "oh she decided to make music and thus became famous and she didn't chose the fame".
