As the main character of ATRL,

 

I find both of those names to be incredibly underwhelming. But knowing Cardi the album will not be released for another few years, if ever. I do see how Defamation of Character would work if she stuck to the litigious themes present in the "Press" music video but seeing as that song is about half a decade old and unlikely to find its way onto a sophomore album from Cardi, I don't quite see the correlation anymore.

she's gonna scrap these now but i doubt defamation of character was her #1 option since she said it wasn't anything we've thought of and that name has been speculated for half a decade

Defamation Of Character would be a perfect follow-up to Invasion Of Privacy. In the first album the world is involving themselves in Cardi's personal life and on Defamation of Character she could be speaking on how after they invaded her privacy, they use it against her to try take her down. Pretty smart and consistent if you ask me.

I think (through other court cases) she said, that she's still in litigation against her own label because she wants to challenge certain clauses of her contract and that she basically has a gag order about what the litigation against her label is actually about.
