All of these dumb new policies and not doing anything about the bots that spam the replies of every big tweet.

I'm finally gonna get rid of this app. Everything about it has become too disgusting to bear

It's like he's doing everything possible to make Twitter worse and intentionally kill it off.

He's tired of the ratios. Twitter also has been really bad lately. I log on and feel shittier than before using it. Only the p0rn is really keeping me on the platform tbh.

So what is going to be the new Twitter? Threads? Mastodon? Friendster?

Bluesky is a lot like twitter (bsky.app) but it's not as busy as threads or twitter

Bluesky is run by the former owner of Twitter

The only reason Twitter hasn't died like MySpace is because there's no good replacement yet. Threads is the closest since it has all the celebs + is pretty active but they need to make it so you can join without a Instagram account already and the desktop version needs a makeover. If they would just copy Twitter's design we will be so good to go.

X is literally the worst website in the world since the monetization feature so I really couldn't care less.

Wish there was an alternative to Twitter to finally leave the app for good, unfortunately there's no good option to do so imo:ducky:

So the bot accounts will have an easier time spreading misinformation and spewing propaganda… almost like this is intentional.

Precisely. His actions are systematic and not random like some of yall think.

He does everything to suppress the left and spread right wing propaganda.

I deleted Twitter over a year ago and exclusively use threads.  It's much better IMO and Meta does a lot better with content moderation than Twitter in its prime.  It's just a much less toxic place.

Deactivating Twitter was the best thing I did in recent years

I'm surprised so many people still willingly use Twitter as it's became so nasty on there. I feel like it used to be quite light hearted and fun a few years ago but now you just constantly see videos of people fighting or being attacked, racism, homophobia, transphobia etc - it really is a cesspool. You can't even partake in pop culture discussions without some twink with an Ariana Grande or Nicki Minaj pfp chiming in. Delete the entire app at this point!

Jack left Bluesky a few months back, but yeah, it its the perfect replacement for Twitter. Idk why he didn't put money into marketing it when he was still involved.
