Triton Posted August 3 Posted August 3 **** it, secure Pennsylvania. People can turn a blind eye iffy situations all the time and only call them out for their own gain yet do nothing to affect said situations. A peanut gallery. plus why doo democrats always have to have the better moral compass. The bigger goal, stopping that orange turd and any more damage to what he can do to democracy. 2
Elusive Chanteuse Posted August 3 Posted August 3 All the other vp candidates are also pro Israel though…..

Josh Shapiro is not uniquely popular in PA and the idea that a VP's main point is to give a boost to the ticket in their state is largely a myth and hasn't been done most elections in the last 30 or so years. For example, Shapiro did 3 points worse in his race for governor against a literal insane person than Tom Wolf (D) won his re-election as governor in 2018. "Pick someone from PA to win PA" is like an elementary school understanding of electoral politics. Edited August 3 by Communion 1

Timber Posted August 3 Posted August 3 I think Pete is the best option. Despite him coming out as gay before mayor re-election, he was still able to garner 80%+ of the votes in his town in a republican Mike Pence (governer) led state of Indiana. He's extremely likeable, and probably and one of the smartest and best communicators in politics right now. Along with that he speaks 8 freaking languages, is a veteran and is young and attractive. He's the best choice, period. 1

Maybe so, but this is literally an election where democracy is at stake so people need to do what Republicans do and support your own party despite this because there's literally no 3rd party or 3rd party candidate that has a chance.
