I'm not "mad" about anything. Someone said the negativity towards her was "forced and petty". I disagreed and pointed out the very real issues and concerns Jesy's behaviour and promotional tactics created and explained why some people may continue to feel consternation towards her. Especially since she refused to acknowledge or address any of those legitimate concerns in any substantial way, yet was trying to profit from it. 

 

You also posted in here praising her new looks with a skin tone multiple shades lighter now and red hair. As I said, some people can't play dress up and throw away the issues that (unfortunately still) come with their darker complexion, like she has. It's their life and reality forever, not a costume or a marketing trick.

 

Please apply the same attitude to Leigh Anne's best friend and Perries sister. Thank you!

The problem with Jesy is that she's never expressed any remorse for her behaviour or apologised in any way. She continues to act as though she was a victim who existed in a vacuum. The bullying she received for her weight and appearance was unacceptable but the backlash to the Boyz campaign was mostly justified. Also her refusal to acknowledge Leigh-Anne's own issues during her time in the group was very telling about the kind of person she is.

 

Glad she's feeling good about her music and I hope she's learnt some lessons since her departure from the group.

The entire Boyz campaign was a mess and I understood the criticism she got about the blackfishing. When it came to the Nicki comments about Leigh-Anne, I do think that is sometimes taken a bit out of context and I kinda see both sides (except Nicki's who quite frankly should have stayed out of it). Yes, Jesy could have defended her but she was probably also angry and felt betrayed by Leigh-Anne messaging influencers to ask them to make negative videos about Jesy, but equally Leigh-Anne felt betrayed that Jesy left the group and cut off the other members after previously having a very close friendship. Hopefully they are both moved on from this now and maybe one day will make amends.

This. Also in that video her one Stan posted here where she goes sobbing and like oh my confidence was down and balagdahbla I understand her issues but she continues to use them as an excuse for not taking responsibility.

I don't know these girls that much but always found the hate of her kinda forced. Yeah she could've left a better way but ya already hated her for not being one of the "pretty" girls dogpilled on her. I don't even think it was the black fishing cause from what I see a good number  ty girls from the uk dress and tan just like her
