I prefer swimming in pool water to ocean water. Hanging out at the beach and getting sandy is so not my thing.

I like both. The beach is relaxing but can be hectic fighting crowds, hearing children, finding/paying for parking, etc. A pool you can just bypass all those extra steps.

Beach for the vibes but pool for actually swimming. It has to be a backyard pool though and not a giant public pool with hundreds of people.

It depends where. I currently live in Hong Kong and we have some of the nicest beaches in the world so the beach.
