I don't know who this person is.

Since they're no musician I can't stream their music to show my support. So I went to their insta and liked this story and other content as a form of  appreciation :clap3:

So a talentless bland male is upset that a talented female artist who is in full control of her career is successful? Shocker.

he said nothing about her being in control or not. just that she doesnt deserve the success when compared to better, actually talented artists.

Except Taylor does deserve her success, and she is 'actually' talented.

Dragging down one female artist who is immensely talented to try to 'compliment' another immensely talented female artist does nothing but make you look stupid.

Madonna honey, I genuinely love you so give that angle up, there is no way you can compete with the youthful force of that post capitalist (yet still a capitalist) beast.

Honey Madonna doesn`t need to compete with her, she is superior, she is the ******* queen of that ****. She invented the pop star, not Taylor.

How true. We all know the truth.

Brave of him finally saying the truth publicly.

He isn't afraid of anyone

That would be Dirty Computer tho...

I wasn't the fondest of Dirty Computer. The Age Of Pleasure is perfect to me. It's so seamless and so creatively different for Janelle, but it's very authentic to who she is and where she's at in her life.

OTHs should all go public, so we know who to attack when the time comes :giraffe:

And what did Madonna say exactly?

Who is "everyone"? The multiple legends and other artists that have praised her, yet whose threads y'all ignore? Or the general public who is loving Taylor's music more than any other artist's? Or the music industry professionals themselves who have awarded her their highest honor for a record 4th time just this year?

What is actually funny is you all living in this delusional bubble where Taylor is panned & disliked that you have to use the opinion of some random photographer as a receipt.

And yet here we are with this emotional meltdown after a "random photographer" panned her. I guess the highest honor isn't enough to make you less fragile.

Wirting a few sentences now being an emotional meltdown.
By your own logic, you then must be having mental breakdowns every day with how you are posting in almost every Taylor thread.

It's funny that Swifties are coping with everyone calling Taylor terrible by saying that at least people are talking about her. So yeah, I guess she's the main character of music the same way Trump is the main character of politics.

"Everyone" being a very loud barking minority on social media :bibliahh:

I don't think that's a fair comparison, Janelle just doesn't make music for the average person out there, Taylor's is relatable and accessible to the largest group of people right now. It's wonderful that these people can connect with one another and find meaning in this ****** up world through her accessible and simple musical narratives.

People like Taylor and Ed Sheeran serve an important purpose for a lot of people who otherwise wouldn't have anything to make them feel a sense of belonging, connection or purpose in a very chaotic and unstable world. She makes basic people feel like they're special and everybody deserves to feel special imo whether they're white girls from Connecticut or hipsters that love Janelle and enjoy feeling special for having more divergent taste to the masses.

Literally no need to mention Taylor :rip: people need to stop putting Grammys on this pedestal when almost no one agrees with who wins

Because you mentioned Madonna for no reason.

Gurl, I appreciate the internet does not do nuance but still let's not be naive.

I mean, you got triggered by one word and wrote out Taylor's entire resume but sure, whatever helps you sleep at night.
