Mountain_Aardvark Posted July 18 Posted July 18 The "eye watering" ticket price statement is B.S. I'm seeing a lot of tickets being sold for much less than £388. Nothing for £13.13 or £1313.13 either for that matter.
MardinBeksloy Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Didn't Dua just sell out two Wembleys show immediately? See when your team used auto play too much. She will sell them out tho, the shows are in months.
Apolonio ₃₄ Posted July 18 Posted July 18 The OP running and salivating to post this a year in advance lmao. 2
RoseBud Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Oh I would never pay anywhere near that much for a Billie show....
Feanor Posted July 18 Posted July 18 I read that she's charging even more than Beyoncé and Taylor did for their shows, so I'm not surprised there are some tickets left.
katara Posted July 18 Posted July 18 (edited) Imagine paying 450 € to not be able to hear anything because of the thin voice whispers and just watching her walk around the stage with no dancing or anything Edited July 18 by katara 1
PoisonedIvy Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Jesus Christ we have seriously got to get tour prices back down, this is getting out of hand frfr 3

I guess the UK just tossed that in the trash when they had Brexit. This is also why like a third of the poeple going to the Taylor concerts in Germany come from the US coz it's cheaper for them to come here than buy a ticket in the US nnn

vale9001 Posted July 18 Posted July 18 (edited) Daily mail is fake news, come on. The pre sales of all the shows are amazing and every show it's gonna be 100% sold out saying that thig girl is often hypocrite. Acting against the money hungry and then her prices are out of the word for the Uk (two times Beyoncè and Taylor prices in the Uk and not she doesn't have the same production costs). She speaks against stadium shows but basically with these prices she wants to make the same money for show than for a 50K people stadium show. Also what's the point to say "i prefer more intimate shows" when you still make the 02 arena. It's still big arena not a club or a theatre. So kinda shut up and make your big mainstream pop star shows, cause that's what you are Billie, stop pretending otherwise. Edited July 18 by vale9001
ericcartman Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Lol a year away. Still these new girls are getting brave with their ticket prices.
Cloudy Posted July 18 Posted July 18 The Dua set up, leave my girl alone Anyway those ticket priced...they need to do something it's getting out of hand
Kern Posted July 18 Posted July 18 I'm a bit dissapointed by the fact that she talked about importance of accessibility when it comes to tour tickets and then announced a tour with ridiculous prices that sold out immediately in my country
Dash_inthedark Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Funny how she already sold out 6 dates in the O2 in 2022. In her supposedly "flop era" which ofc was nothing near that. https://www.nme.com/news/music/billie-eilish-adds-sixth-final-uk-tour-date-overwhelming-demand-3014951 She also headlined Glastonbury and Reading&Leeds in 2023 those are huge festivals. They love her there. Btw one of the shows at the O2 was filmed and is available at apple music. I recommend it to anyone who has no idea what she is like live. 2

The only section on her show she stops a bit is when she does a few acoustic songs and she seats and plays guitar, the rest of the time she is always moving and jumping and interacting with the audience. She has the most insane stage presence and has been like this since she started, it's one of the things that made her the huge artist she is today. She was pulling huge crowds in festivals in 2018-2019, just like it's happening to Chappell now, that's what makes people talk about them and they are good live, ppl want to see/know more and more. And no production? Why would you think that? She was an incredible visual show. Because she doesn't have dancers doesn't mean there's no production Yes tickets are expensive but still those numbers are for the very few tickets remaining there was cheaper tickets and uk was actually more expensive than the rest of Europe for some reason Edited July 18 by Dash_inthedark 2

People love to pretend that she's not a good performer when she's always been praised for her stage presence. 1 1
kayliah Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Concert tickets are becoming more and more expensive thats why im grateful to have filmed concerts on streaming services.. though the adrenaline rush you get when u are at a concert is not to be found. The prices are getting out of control to see our faves... when you add in gas and renting hotel rooms.
Chris Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Did I miss something with Dua and Billie stans tussling in here? 1
