The only reason other nepo babies won't admit is because they're insecure of their talent.

Well he should work a lot harder if he wants to make a point

Because at the moment he is a much worse actor than both his parents. Acknowleding you're priviledged doesn't change the fact that he is not very talented

So far, he's doing great, and he has time to improve. I personally think he is talented.

See how easy it was to just say that? So many nepo babies will insist that it actually made their life harder instead of just admitting the obvious and continuously working on their craft.

Good for him but the nepo baby dispute has been making a lot more noise then it should have. It's mostly fake outrage at this point

Is it an important conversation to have mostly because, yes, a lot of actors not coming from famous parents have quite a bit of a harder time then their nepo baby contraparts. And yes, the nepo babies very often take the place of probably more talented people.

But it also makes sense? There's a reason that most successful artist, whether their craft is acting or music or fine art, have family in the field. It's a trade, like any other. It's family business, it's genetic talent and having the privilege to learn from your main parental figure/s. Your family has fought for this and it's your turn to reap the rewards and go forward with it all. Nobody should be made to feel bad about that, that's how society works and gets better.

Perfect response. However all the noise around nepo babies is tired and boring. Some of the biggest actors and performers are nepo babies. I mean Angelina Jolie, Miley Cyrus, the entire Coppola family... like we've been known nepotism is a thing. Y'all don't care when it comes to those people. It's only annoying if it's clear the nepo-baby is untalented and doesn't have it. Then they usually end up flopping anyway because nobody sticks around if you're not actually any good. It's such a non-issue in the grand scheme of things.

This is the perfect way to address the nepo baby discussion in order to get people off your ass instead of trying to find excuses or approach the situation with hostility. He's smart.

This doesnt make him any less of a nepo baby and an opportunist. If his parents weren't who they were he wouldn't even be considered for a single role on TV looking like that. Hollywood truly is sick and incestuous.
