I rememeber after Taylor drama with Calvin Harris about This is what you came for songwriting credits Doctor Luke liked a tweet about celebrating Taylor being over.

 

This man clearly hate women can have power, can write, can design projects, can decide how to communicate and build their brand with their own talent and intuition...he's scared of women doesn't need himto exist in the industry (cause if women doesn't need them they lose the position of powers on them that creates all the occasions to abuse them).  All the kesha story is this. She tried to fight for her space ....he was afraid to lose control on her. 

 

It's not a case at some point at the end of the 90s real female songriters and musicians starts to disappear. All the system became to be based on selecting women "with no musical talent" and all the female pop music started to be music made by men with the explosion of all these "mega male producers"....so they just need men to exist and to have everything.. completely on their hands...this made more easier to create a whole system based on abuse.

I....don't think Gaga and Kesha being upset for Katy due to their belief that Katy was a rape victim (because Joe Janick told them together in person) is convincingly a negative portrayal of either Kesha or Gaga when seemingly Katy doesn't believe Kesha was raped by Luke despite Katy being told this directly by Kesha. 

 

Like this is why I'm not sure Luke defenders think this is some gotcha. Kesha instantly believed that Katy was a victim who was being silenced just via 2nd hand information while Katy seemingly refuses to believe women who speak of being victims of rape directly. Am I meant to think less of Kesha because she didnt hesitate to believe Katy too was a victim like her by Luke? Something that only came out because Luke requested it be unsealed and made the basis of his failed defamation case because he couldn't prove Kesha's statements about what he did to her were untrue?

New York's highest court decided that Dr. Luke is a public figure and therefore must prove malice for all of his defamation claims. 

 

For public figures, defamation is a two part-test consisting of proving falsity and malice. Dr. Luke has only proven falsity and settled before the jury would have had the opportunity to decide on malice.

 

Since Dr. Luke has not proven the second element of a defamation claim, there is no defamation. A false statement alone is not defamatory for a public figure and for various reasons, Kesha's conduct was not malicious.

 

She also wasn't ordered to pay 374k dollars in royalty fees, but interest on royalties she had already paid Dr. Luke. Furthermore, this has absolutely nothing to do with Dr. Luke's defamation claims.

Wow I don't know when the narrative switched to victim shaming Kesha just to defend Katy Perry but I would be horrified if I was the latter to see my fans acting like that. It is crazy and so unnecessary. 
 

that you do not care about the case is one thing and honestly good for you, own it and move on, but to go so low is really despicable and very sad.
