Zach is a bit cringe but his interviews have become bad more-so because he approaches everything with like childlike wonderment even when it's the most basic thing and tries to get the celebrity to have some detailed answer for something like as though the audience has no clue, to where 1) he sounds sarcastic and 2) the artist may not care.

 

Him asking Allie X if styling herself was some urge to control her own image and artistic expression and Allie being like "I didn't wanna pay anyone to dress me lol".

It's about the bubbles. These people are famous in the make-up bubble, not outside of it. The people on here are more into music / movies. You can expect to see more and more of this in the future as culture becomes even more segmented and everyone exists in their own little niche. Monoculture is a thing of the past. That is why it's harder and harder for pop girls to be as big as they used to be.
