Good for her, but hasn't she already had a tour before this? Or am I mixing it up with some other opening act thing?

 

Either way, she has been building a fanbase for the longest time, so it's not a surprise tbh. It's just that her current popularity helped bring more fans as a cherry on top.

She did about 80 theaters for her last tour, that also sold out really quick. After that, opening for Taylor, the smashing of the new singles and the great reviews after Coachella... It's all stacking up for this tour's demand.

I think another great comparison is Dua.  I like her, but to the GP, she is an anonymous pretty face who makes the occasional bop, and that's why she's flopping now, cuz she doesn't actually have a loyal fanbase.  Tate is the same.  Girls like Olivia, Sabrina, and Gracie, who make more diary-esque music, connect with their fans and therefore build this loyalty which is imperative for a long-lasting career in the industry.

Not shocking at all. All you need to have a semi-successful arena tour is to have a big hit and Sabrina's is smashing harder than any other female artist right now so...
