OTHs are suddenly the biggest David Grohl stans  give it a rest

Anyway this makes him look like such huge insecure, petty loser. Especially since Taylor has been nothing but kind to him. Doubt he would do this to a male artist.

I love Dave and people who know of him know he is actually the nicest musician out there but he is also a **** stir. That's just his sense of humor

The swities getting upset are clearly extremely young or so up Taylor's ass

Dave and Taylor are clearly good friends behind the scene.  But let's be real Taylors band on your isn't great if anything is there a band? Or just back up music? Because maybe that's what he meant.

I've been following Dave since 2003 and he has never been shady on purpose. Just saying

Taylor remains classy while these old legacy acts keep targeting her because she makes $$$$

He could have just said we will restart the song because we ****** up like Adele usually does instead of name dropping Taylor

Didn't Taylor once play the piano for him at Paul Mccarthy house? I bet that was live...

I'm sure Dave Grohl isn't saying Taylor can't play live.

He might be suggesting that not every vocal, and not every instrument in Taylor's 40 or 50 song set is being performed live, and he isn't really dragging, he's just saying it's a different concert experience than what his band does, which probably does include a few errors.

Ew, like I hate when swifts and Taylor herself use feminism to deflect valid criticism or victimize themselves, but in this case this type of comment is clearly misogynistic and obviously untrue.

He is one of the least misogynistic male artists. Nirvana had a long history of supporting female artists, so this does seem very much like swifties using feminism to attack artists that aren't 100% praising her.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/nirvanas-nevermind-20th-anniversary-kurt-cobains-feminist-legacy

When Nirvana was inducted into the Rock n Roll hall of fame, Dave was one of the two surviving original members. Instead of getting another male artist to perform in place of Kurt Cobain, or Dave doing the vocals himself, they asked female artists to perform their songs during their induction performance.

https://www.theguardian.com/music/musicblog/2014/apr/11/nirvana-rock-and-roll-hall-of-fame-collaborations-lorde-joan-jett-st-vincent-kim-gordon

Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic allowed female artists to take the centre stage in one of their biggest nights.

Some female artists don't support other female artists as much as Dave Grohl does.

Taylor has won 4 AOTY Grammys at the age of 34. She's collecting them like infinity stones. Dave has never won the coveted AOTY, aka the most prestigeous award in the music industry. She is a threat to his ego. That's the why he mocked her tour and accused her of not singing live. He's giving small dick energy and has a very fragile ego.

Huh? Taylor's band (which is the same group of musicians—bar one or two—that have been with her since her debut) is incredible, and they most certainly are there on The Eras Tour. In fact, the live versions of her pop music (1989, Rep, Midnights, etc.) have been altered so that there are more parts for her band to play, and it's actually been that way since the 1989 tour.

Yeah they hosted benefits for a group that told people not to get tested, take their medication, and that HIV wasn't contagious. They are directly responsible for so many deaths. I could never bring myself to listen to their music.

The swifties on twitter coming out of the woodworks saying they don't know who this man is… like, thats not the drag you thought it was :skull:

also isn't it a well known fact now that she heavily lips some tracks on her set? I can't fault her, with the show clocking in at 3.5 hours she absolutely should protect her voice, but let's not act like it's always 100% live

They can't admit it's not 100% live.

WRONG. What she actually said:

"Normal people deal with revenge p*rn and "digital sexual assault" all the time, only now do you choose to care about this issue."

That's the opposite of "implying they're not a big deal." She was saying that they're always a big deal but people didn't care about them until it affected Taylor. She also said "can't she drive like everyone else" when she took a private jet from Baltimore to New York. She was correct on both instances, and she was SEVENTEEN. And Taylor's fans literally sent her r*pe threats.

Of course her dad is bitter.

******* hell really? The bar is so low for these fans damn...

But anyway, they are right and any pop girl doing lysinc in a 'live show' specially when tickets go for hundreds of pounds, should be ******* cancelled. It's demented (and before you Swifties even start, even my favs do it and i criticise them all the time).

It is not a live show if you dont sing it fully live

The way I've seen Foo Fighters stans on Reddit trying to shove this under the rug with flimsy justifications. :deadbanana: They seem incapable of realizing just how damaging that was considering how many innocent people may've died as an indirect result. My most hated stanbase for sure.
