Ryan was the one of the few who was there for him, and giving him work when he came out, when a lot of casting people took him off their lists. He's loyal to Murphy.

That's exactly what I act like. And that's exactly why I don't want it.

 

Nobody can touch the original, because the original actually was funny and had important things to say. No matter how hard Ryan Murphy is gonna try, he's not funny. He doesn't have the wit. Ryan Murphy THINKS he's Blanche Devereaux when he's just the piece of plastic cheesecake that was forgotten on set. This is gonna be a corporate gay schmaltz fest at BEST. 

 

I challenge him to prove me wrong and I'll gladly give him props if he does.

I'd be down to watch. As someone else said, Hot In Cleveland was a modern-day Golden Girls that ended up being the best TV land original show. Although would make more sense as a Blanche than a Rose.

Jesus, it just a TV show. If you dont like the pilot then you can just skip it. Whats up with the think piece for a show that doesnt even have clear information yet.
