If you scroll up a bit on this page, you can see a reminder for viral thresholds. Any Tweet that passed the 100K threshold can be posted as "viral content". Taylor Swift is not the god and there are way bigger celebrities than her. She doesn't deserve a special treatment and people can share whatever they want within the rules. This is not like someone posting Taylor's own Tweet as something viral, it's a Tweet that went viral within the GP too with over 2K quotes.
