Something hypocrite Billie could learn next time she decides on what PR strategy could generate some buzz for her. Same way she campaigns like literally no other artist right now for awards only to get up there and pretend she doesn't understand how it happened! It's really simple. Edited May 19 by Mandalore 19

Walk_Away21 Posted May 19 Posted May 19 "It's some of the biggest artists in the world making f---ing 40 different vinyl packages that have a different unique thing just to get you to keep buying more" 1
Popular Post Both Sides Now Posted May 19 Popular Post Posted May 19 The thing is, Billie made a valid point about physical media consumption. Olivia/Taylor sells different album versions that have exclusive bonus tracks on each to encourage multiple purchases. Taylor sells albums that encourage multiple purchases (i.e. collect 4 different covers of Midnights to construct a clock). All of the HMHAS vinyl variants contain the same cover and album. Different colour physical variants are the least egregious "collectible". Billie may not care about chart battles but that doesn't mean her label doesn't care either. The obsession of the Swifties to tear down Billie is pathetic. 4 17

I just love how everyone is given the grace of being absolved from their marketing ploys and boo hoo it's probably just the label pushing for this except Taylor who apparently sits in the dark in front of her computer refreshing HDD predictions and making direct calls to action Maybe one of these days y'all will at least try and pretend to be fair. TayDuaStan Posted May 19 Posted May 19 To be honest i'm really sorry for the eyelashes. Didn't their fave say "she wanted to be poor like her fans" back in 2021 yet she's milking her fans dry with those multiple versions 7 1

I mean, maybe she did but isn't it WAY more likely that this is a decision/idear from her label? edit: same can be said for ANYONE in this business Where was this energy for the 25 page thread sis? 8

But where did I ever say that Taylor is the one orchestrating her marketing though? The parasocial insecurity and paranoia Again, I think Billie made a good point about selling physical media that encourages multiple purchases and the worst offender of this happens to be Taylor. You can blame it on her team if you want to. 2

Statements are nice and all but it's funny to make it the PR narrative of your release when your release literally contradicts it. Again, it's really that simple. 2 1
