Cowboy Carter in my opinion but they're both good pieces of art.

Eh, TMHS is more compact, which I prefer, and works better as a start to finish listen.

And it's quite interesting musically but I have never been a fan of this girl's delivery. They should really write and give these songs to somebody who can make justice to this style of music.

That being said, Cowboy Carter is grander in scope and concept and despite Beyoncé throwing everything she hat at it, where it shines it does so masterfully. From every angle.

So all considered it's kinda hard to make a choice, but I would say it's probably like

The core songs of CC > HMHAS > CC

Listening to Billie now, so we'll see

So far I'm really impressed

Cowboy Carter easily. I may not be a fan of Beyonce but i have to say, Cowboy Carter has quite a few bops & it's a good album overall. Hit Me Hard And Soft is Billie's worst project by far, literally bottom of the barrel :suburban:

thank you for your input, "TayDuaStan" :suburban:

both are great but these days I prefer concise to overblown so Hit Me Hard and Soft

dgmw though, Cowboy Carter has got some of the BEST BANGERS of the year on it, I just wish it were pared down a bit better CCCAT.png

I don't really like CC, and think it a misstep from the masterpiece that is Renaissance. It's too long without really going anywhere, nothing exciting about it even with the great vocal arrangements by Beyoncé, but she's very good at that and could give an excellent arrangement singing the ABCs, but overall I think it's her second worst album.

Hit Me Hard and Soft on the other hand is a compact and solid piece of work and certainly one of the best albums I've heard this year.

After finally listening to CC I was surprised by how little I connected with the album after expecting to totally love it. Billie easily imo

I appreciate how concise and well produced HMHAS is as an overall project, but I definitely prefer the songs from CC.

it's still CC for me cause nothing beats that YA YA/OH LOUISIANA/DESERT EAGLE/RIIVERDANCE/II HANDS II HEAVEN/TYRANT/SWEET HONEY BUCKIIN track run :jonny3:

I pick C. A cow farting.

But if I had to chose from the two, I'd say Billie bc even the Hive have seem to retreated from the forum w/ the tails bt their legs knowing it flopped. It's been way less buggy this spring than normal!

I'll have to go with Billie on this one.

I mean, I really love Cowboy Carter , but Billie's new album it's just a masterpiece.

Billie by light years.

The one who doesn't need 100+ songwriters on one album :suburban:

Cowboy Carter was amazing! On first listen idk how people think Billie's is album of the year.
