Even if you only have your eyes closed youre resting. So, dont get stressed. As long as youre in your bed sleeping yll be ok. Dont get anxious

Dont think about sleeping. Make a fantasy scenario in your head. Dream good things. Another havin is havin music and just gettin lost in it.
Some lo-fi music could help
