Have a good workout!

I had the worst sleeping schedule when I was younger (1 am and having to wake up at 6 am on week days) and it really WRECKED my body on the long run. I also feel like it impacted my mental health, like I wasn't "present" and I didn't enjoy things the way I was supposed to.

Now I go to sleep at 11pm at the LATEST on work days, otherwise it's normally 9-10pm.

Late… rarely before midnight.

I work the usual 9 to 5 but I have the added benefit of working from home.

Time zone is EST

I have to wake up at 5:00 usually.

I should be going to bed no later than 10 pm but…I've had a bad habit of staying up too late…lately :chick3: so maybe getting in bed by almost 11 😅

Usually between 9 and 10 p.m. I grew up sleeping between those times and just stuck with it.

thank u!

it was a great one, did more bicep curls than i was expecting to and sweated my ass off on the treadmill

problem is that i'm still not sleepy LOL

After midnight (when I usually finish my work) at 1 or 2 am, but I fell asleep at 11 pm yesterday as I was exhausted.

usually between midnight and 1am

luckily i don't have to wake up for work before 8 (sometimes even later) so i still get enough sleep.

Work days : 11PM-12pm
Free days 2am-3am
