I've never seen an artist being this big by doing and serving absolutely NOTHING. Call it low standards? Most definitely.

I do believe that her overly-busy schedule focused on the goal of monopolising the scene of pop makes it impossible for her to take time in order to think, write, challenge herself. When is she not working?

But at least she can improve her singing, AT LEAST.
 

Because she has seen that she doesn't need it, she can sell a tour where she sits and farts and have 10 nights sold out.

She did improve her singing, but yes she will never be a great vocalist

 

we , the Swifties, are GAGGED by a single note change or a new color dress. & our favorite part of the show is the part where she's just standing there with her guitar or sitting behind her piano

Guess she's all smoke and mirrors, maybe even more than Beyonce. At least Beyonce is a good performer.

Good gowns, beautiful gowns … you know 

She's a decent singer, a terrible dancer, got pretty good stage presence and she's a very, talented songwriter. 

Idk maybe she needs an evolutionary stone to evolve and that's why she can't evolve naturally on stage

Everything she's been doing recently feels as if she's running on autopilot, and especially the sound of TTPD+A.

 

It's interesting how folkmore is as good as it is probably because during the pandemic Taylor actually did have time to sit down, think, write, and challenge herself. Or if not challenge, then at least have the space to produce something meaningful and good

Because she's been rewarded for her less than impressive performance skills and received accolades while being truly unextraordinary. She has no incentive to get better. 

Taylor is at her best when she's in her sweet spot as a storyteller, emoting and connecting with an audience. But bearing the title of the world's biggest female artist requires her to put on the big maximalist "pop star" show, and she's worked hard to fulfill that role and sharpen those skills that aren't natural to her.

 

Complex choreography routines and multi-octave vocal runs aren't the only way to put on a great show. In my opinion, her magic is in the small moments, stripping away the smoke and mirrors, and taking you through a story that she lived.
