I mean idk, but I still live whenever I see that one fan in the nose bleeds practically behind the stage doing that exact dance as Taylor. Like what more does she need to give when her fans are about as rhythmically challenged as Taylor? (No shade) She still has incredible stage presence. Her confidence is what matters.

She performs in a way that connects with fans. She doesn't need to "evolve", because she already is making fans happy and giving us the show that we want. 
 
The OP's efforts to suggest that the artist of the highest grossing tour of all time needs to do better… 

Why evolve? The stans will accept anything.

Gurl, she has literally created a record smashing 3.5 hour tour repping all of her now 11 albums, with a set list of 45 songs, whereas all of her previous tours had around 19 songs. It's a gigantic leap of ambition and scale by any measure and performing that long a set with so much stamina each night  is gruelling and a total feat of endurance most artists could not do, and especially for so many dates.  It's the first ever billion grossing tour and she did it in a year without the tour even being over. The amount of records this tour has already broken is itself a record and it went from a successful tour to a worldwide genuine GP phenomenon. No other artist has done a tour at this level of success and rarely at this level of difficulty. This is not the tour or the moment to try to criticize the artist whose tour performance is the centre of a worldbeating phenomenon of not being a good enough performer.

Selena was an amazing performer before she stopped doing it. Stars Dance tour had amazing choreography and Revival tour had amazing visuals, audience interact, some choreo, etc. Stfu

Why are you expecting someone who has been recycling the same notes (Do Sol La Fa) and thematics (Love & Exes) since 2006's Tim McGraw.  Her music is crafted to be palatable to the masses.

Because not doing the exact same tired choreography-based shows is the exact reason why she's still relevant while most of ATRL's faves are not. She's clearly doing something right
