Yeah but J. Cole will come out unscathed in the long term. No one will even remember he was part of this in a few years. Drake is probably too big to be seriously damaged by this but Kendrick is definitely making him seem out of his league. 1

No. I'm watching tons of reactions of hip hop heads on youtube and the consensus now that the dust settled is that J Cole was right to take himself out of the equation. Most of them want Cole and Kendrick to work together in the future and that would've never happened if he didn't apologise. 4

J Cole has written himself out of the top3 convo, that's the common consensus. You can't rap for years how you'd smoke any rapper to do this ****. Even random rappers are coming for him now. 1
Bears01 Posted April 30 Posted April 30 He ENDED that fake wannabe gangster Drake If you come for the king, you best not miss

I feel like he thought it was gonna be friendly competition, but nah, Kendrick HATES Drake. He should've never dropped 7MD to begin with, but it was probably for the best to delete it and not get involved. This is gonna get ugly from now on. But he's definitely out of top-3 conversation tho. Edited April 30 by Virgos Groove
