gotportugal Posted May 4 Posted May 4 she needs to dump Illusion forever it literally ruined her numbers 2 weeks from the release All the Miley stans dragging her is the funniest to me, Dua is truly on misery lane to be compared to her if this is her flop era I'll take it as I'll be seeing her headlining plenty European festivals, i'll take the wins I can get
_Fey Posted May 4 Posted May 4 The more I think about it, the more I scream. Her previous management entered the FN era with a Dua that was heavily underestimated, a fodder for memes and drags on twitter, a non factor in the US, AND had to navigate the era through a once in a lifetime global event......and succeeded. Her new management were given EVERYTHING on a silver platter. All the tools and strategies. A Dua that no longer needed to overhaul everyone's opinion on her. And this was the result. 2 9

Hdni peaked at 2 and training at 4 and 9 and houdini stayed on the charts for 20 weeks only. She's no ed sheeran. It might make it to number 1 on presales but it could also underperform, no lasting hits at all. There is a real problem here with all the playlisting number 1 on TTH etc... 1

Yeah Tap management did a fantastic job for her image, her music and negotiated those amazing deals. So what if they took a bigger percentage. They made her a US star with a year end NO 1 single and a top 5 year end single in the USA with lots of promotional push. 3
Augmented Posted May 4 Posted May 4 With everything that has happened, the amount of pressure she has to nail Glastonbury has just like tripled. She really is going to have to give the best performance of her career 1 1

But they knew this and it was so clear, they were like 'well she's set, we just need to release the music and it will go from there' Dukagjin you WILL burn! 1

LanaXtinaFan Posted May 4 Posted May 4 There's no way she's going to be able to tour the US with this album. I listened to the album again last night and still just in shock at the utter drop in quality. I don't think I've ever seen a MPG fall so fast and so hard. It just really makes me so sad because FN was just pure magic. I was euphoric the entire era. A true pop era. The quality was there and the DRIVE was there. It's just sad to witness this in real time. 1 4

DoubleRainbow! Posted May 4 Posted May 4 Why do some users need to post the same thing 5 times, we get it you didn't like the album, we don't need to read that **** over and over 1 1
halcyonday Posted May 4 Posted May 4 remember when we used to do anything for love...? *beat drop* this song sounds like something Julia Michaels would sing
