TROPICUM Posted March 28 Posted March 28 alright just finished the album this is nawt a country album, this is a love letter to the 60s and 70s and to all the black artists that helped make EVERY genre that appears in this album the production is insane, and just like renaissance you'll find new things for every listen you give overall this is obviously album of the year, just like renaissance was, yet the way she created some of the melodies in here and the actual genre-bending songs interpolating into each other like a 70s radio station that occasionally travels to the future beyonce you HAVE done it again and this IS Beyoncé's best album to date good night 10
Lose My Breath Posted March 28 Posted March 28 I think I'm gonna listen again now I had to take a while to recuperate after the first listen
Venice B Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Finished my first listen and I kinda get it why people were saying this is her best album... it's a really well crafted album like you can tell there was a lot of work put into it and it sounds immaculate. It might not be my favorite, but I think this is her best well made album. I will need to listen again to process everything because this is such a long album but I really enjoyed the last section, especially Riverdance, Tyrand and Sweet Honey Buckin 2
