That's way too much, around 60% is probably more accurate. Her top cities on Spotify (monthly listeners) are always London and Sydney. She also has Melbourne, Sao Paulo, and Toronto in her Top 10. Plus Brisbane, Quezon City, and Paris in the Top 15.

 

The main problem is bad play-listing. Her 80s hits are on practically zero relevant playlists.

Janet deserved so much more, the thing is her biggest hits are on label that are no longer active, so neither her or her label is pushing her songs in anywhere. 
 

I hope some music producer will recognize her legacy and push one of her songs to be a hit, one can dream.

But also she has just 5.4 monthly listeners that is really low
