Yes only Taylor & Ariana. Billie is the closest with HTE at almost 5B streams now so it should get to 6B by the end of this year the latest. By then Positions will be close to 6B too since it's also closing in on 5B streams in about a month. 

 

OT: Dangerous Woman really had a resurgence this past year. If it stays stable on Spotify it should surpass 7B this year.
