I honestly think a lot of the unwarranted lashes Yeri has received over the years killed her potential. Almost as if she kinda gave up on improving, especially during the time of Jonghyun's death. People came at her sideways just for crying

The tweet is a video of them recently performing Cosmic. I had the same thoughts, especially knowing the areas in which she got injured. I remember watching the Stamp On It stage performance, and even though she was killing it, I couldn't help but wonder if she was in pain, especially with how powerfully she was moving, but figured she probably wouldn't have pushed herself that much if she wasn't ready. I've been following her on IG for years, and she seems to take dance lessons (as well as vocal lessons and does yoga) frequently.

I think WENDY said she began resuming her vocal lessons while she was still in the hospital. 

 

But the dancing is seriously impressive considering the level of her injuries. When she returned to activities in Milky Way, you could tell she was not fully recovered though and even when she debuted as a solo, I think they might have chosen the Like Water concept so she wouldn't need to do any choreography.

 

By late 2021/early 2022, it seems she had worked really hard with rehabilitating her body because she was totally serving in GOT The Beat debut. It must have been very difficult to go from being unable to walk to dancing next to BoA etc. She clearly loves her job
