motherpills Posted January 23 Posted January 23 twice's problem is that they release too much music too often, and most of it is not very good (post-2020). they're like the korean taylor swifts except they don't chart anymore. a 2 year hiatus with a GOOD album (which they are capable of doing) would have been good for them.

I know people like to compare them to Katy Perry’s 9#1s (like we saw in this thread), but Katy’s #1s and other smashes were more spread out in a span of 5-6 years and very carefully laid out in terms of releases. Twice just went for the blitzkreig release strategy.
